Tomasz Zjawiony has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A.

 

The president of the Chamber was appointed for a five-year term on April 17 of this year, following a decision by Krzysztof Hetman, Minister of Development and Technology. Tomasz Zjawiony will serve as a representative of the Minister of State Assets.

 

The appointment to the authorities of the Company, which for the seventh consecutive year has been recognized as the best Zone in Europe, out of the several thousand that exist, and the second in the world – is a great ennoblement.

 

The leader among Poland’s special economic zones has a track record of 27 years of transformation, more than 100,000 jobs, 900 completed investment projects and some PLN 45 billion invested.
