professional activity to date, he has been responsible for areas related to strategy, company
restructuring and marketing and advertising, from the planning stage through coordination to the
implementation phase. Author of numerous business, marketing and communication strategies
related to process and cost optimization. He has managed large investments and projects from the
start-up phase to completion in accordance with the established goals. He has experience in
managing budgets, negotiating prices, contracting projects and optimizing costs. He served as
President of the Investment Development Agency sp. z o.o. in Bytom, and as a member of the Board
of Directors for strategy at the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. Advisor to the
Board of Directors in many private companies. Graduate of Management Studies – MBA EY at the
WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza. Member of Supervisory Boards of state-owned companies.
