On 26–27 March 2026, the Crystal Mountain Hotel in Wisła will host the INDUSTRY IN TRANSITION Industry and Energy Congress — one of the most significant events bringing together representatives from industry, the energy sector, the defence sector, public administration and the scientific community.

The Special Guest of the Congress will be Borys Budka – Chair of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE) in the European Parliament. His participation underscores the significance of the event and the importance of the topics discussed during the Congress for the future of the European economy, security and energy transition.

The Congress brings together CEOs, board members, senior management and decision-makers from companies, as well as leaders of public institutions and industry experts. This means that the event is not merely an expert debate, but becomes a practical platform for exchanging decisions, experiences and strategic development directions for key sectors of the economy.

The event’s programme focuses on the key challenges facing Europe: industrial competitiveness vis-à-vis the US and Asia, the development of the defense sector and dual-use technologies, major investments in the energy sector, the future of renewable energy, and the financing of industrial and energy transition. The agenda also includes topics related to artificial intelligence, data analytics, electromobility and the participation of Polish companies in strategic supply chains.

The strategic debates will be complemented by workshops for entrepreneurs, focusing on the practical aspects of companies’ involvement in the energy transition and the development of modern supply chains.

The INDUSTRY IN TRANSITION Congress comprises two days of debates, expert panels, B2B meetings and networking, aimed at fostering cooperation between business, government and the research and development sector.
