On February 11, 2026, a meeting for entrepreneurs titled “Business in 2026 – how to use available resources and new opportunities” was held in Ruda Śląska, organized by Śląski Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości Sp. z o.o. The event was held under the patronage of Michał Pierończyk, Mayor of Ruda Śląska.

 

The meeting was held in the form of short, thematic presentations and consultations, and its main purpose was to present entrepreneurs with current opportunities for obtaining support—especially within the framework of European funds—as well as available instruments and programs for financing company development in 2026.

The role of the Chamber at the event

 

As one of the speakers, the Chamber presented its ongoing projects and initiatives supporting entrepreneurs, and briefly introduced participants to what the Chamber is, how it operates, and how it supports companies in their development, cooperation, and access to information about available forms of financing.

 

 

What were we talking about?

 

During the meeting we covered:

  • avaliable national and european funds for business development,

  • opportunities for financing investments in innovation and digital transformation,

  • support for companies in green transition and sustainable development,

  •  practical aspects for acquiring funds,

  • examples of good practises and case studies of companies which use the support tools.

The event also had a networking character – participants could exchange experiances, establish ontacts and consult individual needs with experts.

The meeting helped local entrepreneurs understand where and how to look for subsidies—both for companies and employees (e.g., for courses, training, studies), as well as for business support (including subsidies for starting or developing a business). Participants received specific knowledge and tools that will facilitate the planning of development activities in 2026 and better use of available market opportunities.
