After two years of hard work, our Erasmus+ projects have officially concluded. We delved into the realms of upskilling VET institutions and promoting the circular economy with our EntreVET and RAW projects. While we celebrate the completion of these initiatives, we’re still dedicated to completing our remaining project results.
EntreVET – Upskill the VET institutions by training the entrepreneurship office’s staff and VET
The EntreVET Project is focused on fostering of the entrepreneurial spirit among VET students, to improve their integration in the labour market, through the upskilling of VET staff and teachers by improving and updating the operations, the procedures and the practices of the VET institution, in terms of entrepreneurship, based on the creation of a Model Institution.
We organized the EntreVET event along with Delta Partner Association, during our flagship event, the 13th European Congress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, where we presented project results and facilitated discussions on entrepreneurship education. The event drew 64 participants from various sectors and was simultaneously translated into English to welcome international attendees. Additionally, we distributed 1,000 project leaflets and showcased our e-learning platform.

Along with our Partners from Germany, Poland, Greece as well as Belgium we were able to create:
- Tools for assessing the level of entrepreneurial practices with a built-in certification system – A single working tool consisting of a methodology for assessment and evaluation of entrepreneurial practices of VET institutions and a certification system for awarding the entrepreneurship label.
- OER (Open Educational Resources) tailored to improve entrepreneurial skills of VET (vocational education) staff and teachers in VET institutions – One set of OER tailored to the entrepreneurial needs of VET staff and teachers, consisting of one core curriculum and two specializations (one for each type of student, VET staff/teacher).
- Provide recommendations on the EntreVET project concept – One report with policy recommendations to be shared with both stakeholders and decision makers.
RAW – Raising Awareness on effective Waste management
RAW aimed to raise awareness of effective waste management and promote the circular economy as a sustainable alternative among trade employees, regional development agencies, local authorities and business development centers, but also among VET teachers, trainers and mentors. This approach aims to boost socio-economic growth while respecting nature, focusing on efficient resource use and waste reduction. RAW is dedicated to introducing solutions for ongoing professional development, emphasizing waste management and smart resource usage.
During our Multiplayer Event in Katowice, we tested project results and discussed their practical application by entrepreneurs. It was an inspiring meeting where we explored how sustainable business practices can lead to greener solutions.

Along with our Partners from Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Spain, Turkey and Hungary we were able to create:
- Guide on circular economy strategies in business environment – A practical methodological guide, combined with a digital course, presenting case studies of circular economy specialists.
- Circular economy awareness app – An innovative educational app that provides relevant information about the circular economy in an accessible format that promotes memorization.
All results of both projects are available on their dedicated websites:

However, our journey doesn’t end here. We’re currently engaged in another exciting project in collaboration with our partners from Germany, Poland, and Greece.
e-Seller – Fostering E-Retail In Rural Eu Areas
It focuses on providing employees of small and medium-sized companies across Europe with the tools necessary for modern sales in the 21st century. Through the use of new technologies, the economy is undergoing a process of digitization that requires new skills and competencies from employees, trainers and companies.
Its main objective is to equip vocational training trainers with an effective and attractive training program, tailored to the needs and expectations of rural retail employees; making educational content available through the use of digital tools.

The project plans to achieve several goals:
- e-SELLER Digital E-retail Report – An e-book containing 3 country reports (one for each partner country) that will highlight the digital skills, needs and challenges of the retail workforce in rural areas of the EU.
- e-SELLER Training Program – A set of modules on technology and soft skills that can be used in e-commerce.
- A set of video tutorials – with examples of how to use these technologies in e-commerce, along with a set of rotating e-cards containing scenarios on how to apply soft skills to e-commerce work experiences.
Later this year, we’ll be hosting workshops and a Multiplayer Event dedicated to advancing the project’s development.
