Spring events are starting – certainly at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice. We summarize the first quarter of 2025 in the March issue of Business HUB magazine, and we have a lot to boast about!
In January we invited to the Economic Opening of the Year at the Silesian Stadium in Chorzow, in February we integrated business and networking in Sosnowiec’s Exotarium and in Tychy’s StrefArt gallery, which belongs to the Katowice Special Economic Zone. We also invited entrepreneurs to an exclusive business meeting in cooperation with the Embassy of India.
In turn, in March, the proven program – already in its seventh edition – of the Pierwiastek K! event attracted a crowd of entrepreneurs and inspiring women to our headquarters. In March, we also discussed with representatives of business, politics and academia on the momentous topic of deregulation of economic regulations within the walls of the SpinPLACE Conference Center at the University of Silesia.
As an institution of economic self-government, we keep our hand on the pulse of the most important topics and problems of the Polish economy and entrepreneurship. Deregulation demands, the situation in the mining industry, the exchange rates of the Polish currency in the era of Trump, new technologies for the military, achievements of science and business that should be promoted in the world, subsidies for Silesian companies, insufficient awareness of risks and the level of preparedness for crisis situations in Poland – you can read about this and more in the issue of our quarterly.
Sonia Draga, Beata Drzazga, Robert Gajda, Col. Tadeusz Koczkowski, Iwona Kubicz, Jerzy Markowski, Krzysztof Sarnecki – this is a list of “strong” names of guests on our pages!
We also recommend reading an interview with Dr. Mariusz Lekston, rector of the Humanitas Academy, who talks about how the university cooperates with business, shapes the future of education and supports social policy. The university is one of the member companies of the RIG in Katowice.
In general, the March “Business HUB” is even saturated with interesting articles and interviews. We encourage you to read it!
The quarterly is distributed by individual subscription, sent to leading local government, government and business-related institutions, as well as distributed at events organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, at industry conferences and trainings and other nationwide events under the patronage of the Chamber and the publishing house. It is also available free of charge at prestigious business locations in the Silesian province and throughout the country.
