Investor Service Department
The Investor Service Department was established to support entrepreneurs at every stage of their business – from setting up a company, through development, to the implementation of large investment projects. A wide range of services are offered to facilitate business operations and attract new investments to Katowice. Activities are based on three key pillars: The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Desk, the Cubature Desk and the Modern Business Services Team, each of which is responsible for a different aspect of serving entrepreneurs. The team consists of experienced specialists, ready to solve problems. It is worth getting acquainted with the activities of one of them and to establish cooperation with the Department of Investor Services in Katowice.

The Small and Medium Enterprise Desk strives to create a friendly environment for local entrepreneurs by:
- acting as an investor mentor,
- organizing training and legal advice,
- supporting grassroots initiatives,
- promoting entrepreneurship,
- cooperating with business environment institutions,
- running the Municipal Business Incubator Rawa.Ink.
The main objective of the Incubator is:
- supporting activities aimed at accelerating the development of the economy,
- implementing technological innovations by utilizing the potential of companies, corporations, research and development centers and business environment institutions operating in Katowice,
- taking actions to create attractive conditions for the development of entrepreneurship, with particular emphasis on the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups,
- building a platform for cooperation between local government, universities, business and the local community.
