Do you have a company in Katowice? Then those training courses are for You! The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice and the City of Katowice are organizing the Katowicka Akademia Rozwoju Przedsiębiorcy (Katowice Academy for Entrepreneur Development) for the fourth time.
This is a series of two-day, free training courses in specific areas, led by experts who specialize in a particular topic. The use of artificial intelligence, ways to be noticed in social media or marketing data analysis even for laymen are some of the issues we will cover in this edition of the Academy. Entrepreneurs and their employees can participate in the trainings, it is enough if the company is registered or has a physical business in Katowice.
–Such activities are an important element for us to intensify entrepreneurship in the city. Thanks to the Katowice Academy for Entrepreneur Development project, implemented since 2021, about 200 companies have benefited from free training in key areas of knowledge regarding personal branding, promotion or motivation. Without such competencies it is difficult to talk about business development these days – says Marcin Krupa, Mayor of Katowice.
The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice Tomasz Zjawiony adds:
– I’m glad that for the fourth time, together with the City of Katowice, we can support local entrepreneurs in gaining practical and expert knowledge in the area of marketing, communication or sales on the Internet – areas so important for every entrepreneur today.
The training courses are stationary, and will be held in June and September at the Rawa.Ink Municipal Incubator, and in November at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice.
A knowledge test will be conducted after each training, and those who solve it best will receive prizes in kind at the closing ceremony of the training cycle. At that time, participants will also receive certificates. One company can take part in a maximum of two trainings. This year’s Academy is not open to entrepreneurs who participated in the second or third editions.
