The climatic interiors of the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze hosted this year’s third networking meeting, organized specifically for owners and executives of companies affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice. The event, which once again brought together dozens of entrepreneurs, began in a unique style – the participants were greeted by a live miner’s orchestra playing, giving the meeting local color, emphasizing its unique atmosphere and reminding them of the upcoming holiday of the mining brothers.
Networking at its finest
Under the theme “Choose networking”, the event allowed participants to present their companies, make business contacts and exchange experiences in an inspiring environment. The festive atmosphere was highlighted by the sounds of an orchestra, whose performance put guests in a positive mood to start the evening.
The program began with a short welcome, after which the participants took part in an integrative game prepared by the event’s partner, Cudotwórnia Events. This part was an excellent opportunity to break the first ice and introduce an element of fun to the business formula of the meeting.
A round of presentations and excitement at the quiz
The key moment of the evening was a round of 30-second presentations, during which each participant had the opportunity to present their company, the scope of their business and their expectations for potential cooperation. The dynamic formula, allowing key information to be presented in a short period of time, was conducive to establishing initial conversations and intriguing the audience.
Much excitement was also generated by a quiz with prizes, which provided participants not only with knowledge, but also with many positive impressions. Attractive prizes – donated by such partners as the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze, Silesia Film Institution, MM Rental Service, Silesian Opera in Bytom, Wine Taste and Legendia – were a great addition to the overall program.
Lobby talks
After the official part and a group photo of the participants, it was time for looser conversations behind the scenes over refreshments. It was an excellent opportunity to establish more direct relations, exchange experiences and discuss potential projects.

During the meeting, there was also a welcoming ceremony for new companies that joined the ranks of member companies of the Regional Chamber of Commerce. The new members received certificates, and their presence added even more energy and commitment to the meeting. Among the new companies were:
