Building relationships, presenting the potential of new member companies of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, and “Kalambury Mistrzów” (Champions’ Pun Game) as part of the program of the November closed networking meeting among Chamber entrepreneurs.
On November 17, another meeting was held at PreZero Arena Gliwice, created especially for the owners and management staff of RIG Member Companies in Katowice.

The closed event format allows participants to establish valuable relationships and focus on networking. Networking is a key concept for effective business. It is widely known that a good network of contacts is an important element in a company. Networking and relationship building among the Chamber’s member companies is an excellent space for initiating initial discussions and cooperation—which may lead to successful contracts in the future—as well as a place for exchanging best practices and mutual support among companies in achieving their goals.
Janusz Dramski, First Vice President of the RIG in Katowice, thanked those gathered for accepting the invitation to the afternoon meeting and encouraged them to participate in subsequent events organized by the Chamber in November and December. He emphasized that one of the most important tasks of the RIG in Katowice is to serve as a platform for networking, hence the concept of closed networking events aimed at entrepreneurs associated with the Chamber.

The workshop part included an integration game called “Kalambury Mistrzów” (Champions’ Puns), led by Anna Farion, creator of the project “Jakość bez retuszu z Anną Farion” (Quality without Retouching with Anna Farion) and vice-president of the Qualiltas Foundation. The task for the participants was to guess well-known motivational quotes related to entrepreneurship and business strategies..
“Every organization is only as good as the people who work there,” “If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there,” “Quality starts with people, not things,” “Let the data speak for itself,” “Culture eats strategy for breakfast” – displaying these and other quotes provided users with great fun and was an opportunity for collective brainstorming.

The program naturally included a section featuring 30-second presentations by all participants of the meeting—over 80 company representatives—as part of a moderated networking session, as well as a welcome for new Chamber entrepreneurs. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice has grown by 10 new companies.
As usual, the November event was an opportunity to meet potential business partners and customers, engage in inspiring conversation, and spend valuable and enjoyable time with other entrepreneurs over refreshments.
The next event for RIG Member Companies in Katowice – the Economic Closing of the Year – is scheduled for December 15. More information coming soon.
