Marlena Miąsko
Vice-President Deputy Director General of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice
Manager, she has been with the Chamber for 6 years, previously as Director of International
Cooperation. She gained her international experience by being a manager of international
commercial projects, covering Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia,
Russia and Ukraine, as well as by working for the Belgian organization YES for Europe, where she
coordinated projects from the Erasmus+ branch. She serves as Vice President of the European
Entrepreneurs organization CEA-PME. As Director of International Cooperation of the CCI in
Katowice, she coordinated work on supporting the expansion of SMEs to foreign markets, working
with the Chamber's foreign partners and being responsible for the creation of an international area
within one of the largest events in the world dedicated to SMEs, the European Congress of Small and
Medium-sized Enterprises.
At Otto Friedrich Universität Bamberg she studied literary studies, linguistics and media and
communication sciences. With a master's degree in Germanic philology, she continued her education
at the University of Opole, where she completed her third degree in philology.
