ABOUT THE PROJECT

It focuses on providing employees of small and medium-sized companies across Europe with the tools necessary for modern sales in the 21st century. Through the use of new technologies, the economy is undergoing a process of digitization that requires new skills and competencies from employees, trainers and companies.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

Equipping vocational training trainers with an effective and attractive training program, tailored to the needs and expectations of rural retail employees; making educational content available through the use of digital tools.

PROJECTS RESULTS

1. e-SELLER Digital E-retail Report – An e-book containing 3 country reports (one for each partner country) that will highlight the digital skills, needs and challenges of the retail workforce in rural areas of the EU.
2. e-SELLER Training Program – A set of modules on technology and soft skills that can be used in e-commerce.
3. A set of video tutorials – with examples of how to use these technologies in e-commerce, along with a set of rotating e-cards containing scenarios on how to apply soft skills to e-commerce work experiences.
