SEUROPEAN ENTREPRENEURS CEA-PME WEBSITE
The innovative B2B platform aims to empower European SMEs by connecting them with potential business partners across the continent. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice participated in the international project MEGASKILLS, implemented under the Horizon Europe program. As the coordinator of the project, in cooperation with European Entrepreneurs CEA-PME, together we support the development of innovative methodologies for the education of soft skills – crucial for success in the 21st century.
The project aims to reduce the gap between labor market requirements and educational offerings. The MEGASKILLS consortium includes 7 partners from 4 countries, including academic institutions, research foundations and organizations, allowing for an effective combination of scientific knowledge and business practice.
As part of the project activities, RIG has engaged three Polish companies: BAKS Sp. z o.o., Prevac and Educo Manager, which actively participated in the testing phase of the project.
The testing phase for the companies lasted the entire month of November, and on December 5 a webinar was held for all participants in this phase. During the event, the results of the project were summarized and the impressions of the participants were discussed, which provided valuable support in further refining the tools developed as part of MEGASKILLS.

Together with the organization of European Entrepreneurs CEA-PME, we co-found the Real Economy Working Groups initiative. These are groups of 10-15 founders, entrepreneurs and business owners from across Europe where they discuss the main issues facing SMEs and Mid-Caps. They focus on key areas such as growth, competitiveness and net zero, international trade, digital infrastructure and services for SMEs and mid-caps, labor shortages and international recruitment, as well as security and defense industries. Our goal is to provide the European Commission with direct, unfiltered information on entrepreneurship and to support policies that help companies prosper.
As a member, you will have the opportunity to:
